These dedicated ice times are ideal for players looking to practice at their own pace. Full equipment required and bring your own pucks and enjoy a relaxed environment to work on your technique. 

 

Please note, Stick & Puck is for individual skill development only—no games or scrimmages allowed. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, this is a great opportunity to hone your skills and enjoy some quality ice time. Check the schedule for session availability!​
